The role is based full time, on site, in Central London. You will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building fabric systems, ensuring a safe, efficient, and legally compliant environment for all building users. Key Responsibilities: Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and minor works for all MEP and building fabric systems. Lead a team of engineers, contractors, and specialist service providers, ensuring high performance and value for money. Monitor statutory compliance across all hard FM services, including ensuring all documentation and certifications are up to date.
