Head of MandA £100,000 Package + Bonus Birchwood PE-Backed Services GroupAxon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, PE-backed services business as they look to appoint a Head of MandA to lead the Group''s acquisition strategy and execution. The role will sit close to the C-Suite and play a pivotal role in shaping the Group''s growth strategy, identifying and executing acquisitions whilst working closely with the senior leadership team and shareholders. Importantly, the role will also be central to the Group''s eventual sale, with the successful candidate playing a key role in a significant PE-to-PE transaction. The RoleReporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the Group''s MandA agenda from origination through to execution and integration.
