Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students to help them access learning.
• Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
• Support students with additional learning needs and individual support plans.
• Encourage positive behaviour and create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
