Production Team Leader Medway £27k - £29k DOE Monday-Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating) My client is looking for a Production Team Leader to join their well-established organisation on the day shift within the FMCG sector. As a Production Team Leader, you will be: Leading and coordinating the production team and ensuring KPIs and production targets are being met in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring all tasks are being completed to correct standards and up to speed. Completing all start-up checks and other administrative duties as required. Raising and closing work orders, and general stock management using the system. Allocating staff and supporting the shift supervisor by ensuring all staff members know their duties. Training new and existing members of staff where necessary. Any other duties required. The successful candidate will have / be: Experience as a Production Team Leader within the FMCG sector Ideally food manufacturing. Experience with planning workload, rota scheduling, and holiday bookings. Good knowledge of food safety, food production processes, and health and safety regulations.
