Our client is seeking a Part-Time Property/Building Manager to oversee the management of a luxury residential building in St Johns Wood.Position: Property/Building Manager (Part-Time)Salary: £20-25,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per weekKey Responsibilities1. Building and Operational ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for residents on day-to-day management mattersArrange, supervise, and follow up on repairs and maintenanceInstruct and manage contractors and suppliersObtain and assess quotations; recommend contractors to the BoardEnsure common parts are properly maintainedMaintain records of works, inspections, and warranties2. Financial and Accounting ResponsibilitiesReceiving and processing invoicesMaking supplier and contractor paymentsMaintaining bookkeeping records (income, expenditure, accruals)Reconciling bank statementsPreparing draft annual budgets for Board reviewIssuing service charge demandsTracking service charge receipts and arrearsLiaising with auditors and responding to audit queriesEnsuring financial records are properly maintained and accessible(Use of accounting software and/or digital tools is expected; support and systems will be agreed with the Board.)3.
