Overview

There has never been a more exciting time to join the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital team at the NNUH. We are one of the largest Children’s units in the Eastern Region with a dedicated PRIDE values framework (People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence). The Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital provides Inpatient, Ambulatory, Emergency, Neonatal and Outpatient care across a broad range of specialties including Paediatric Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT and plastics, with a dedicated Surgical and medical High Dependency Unit (HDU). We care for children living in Norfolk and those accessing specialist treatment across the Eastern Region.We are looking to employ a motivated Health Care Support Worker, Band 3, to support health care professionals by delivering essentials to children and their families admitted to the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital. You will help ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all areas and work under the direction of the Registered Nurse, collaborating with all members of the multidisciplinary team to uphold high standards of patient care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. All staff are expected to act as role models and demonstrate NNUH’s PRIDE values in every aspect of their work.Join us at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and be part of a workforce of over 10,000 staff. Deliver essentials to children and their families admitted to Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas.Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse and alongside the multidisciplinary team to support high-quality, safe and compassionate patient care.Act as a role model by upholding PRIDE values (People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence) in all duties.Qualifications/Experience

Band 3 Health Care Support Worker with experience or willingness to work in a general paediatric ward environment.Strong commitment to patient care with dignity, respect and compassion.Benefits
