I am currently working with a fantastic client who is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their growing finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to be part of a collaborative and forward thinking business. Key Responsibilities Processing high volumes of purchase invoices with precision and speed Matching, batching, and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing payment runs and liaising with suppliers regarding queries Supporting the wider finance team with month-end duties What We re Looking For Proven experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident using accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar) A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel For consideration, please email your CV to Nicky Murdock at Parna ..... full job details .....
