About The Role: This position is primarily focused on reviewing accounts preparation work completed by junior team members and ensuring that all assignments meet professional and technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing Accounts: Check limited company accounts, sole trader accounts, partnership accounts, VAT returns and CIS returns. Tax Compliance: Review corporate and personal tax computations. Quality Control: Spot errors, fix discrepancies, make corrections and ensure work meets UK accounting standards Supporting Staff: Offer brief guidance and feedback to junior accountants and bookkeepers. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality across client work. Input data into software for Self-assessment tax returns Requirements: Minimum 5 years'' experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
