This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or Recruitment Co-ordinator looking to broaden their HR experience and play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Work PatternLocation: BathHybrid working, with 2 days per week in the officeFull-time permanent positionYour new role Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide efficient and responsive recruitment and HR administration support across the business, key responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including advertising vacancies, coordinating applications and arranging interviews.Coordinating onboarding activities, issuing contracts and completing pre-employment checks.Managing employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex matters when required.Maintaining HR systems and employee records, producing reports and supporting payroll administration.Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities and company social events.Assisting with training coordination, policy administration and general HR projects.What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience within an HR Administration, Recruitment Coordinator or similar people-focused role.Strong ..... full job details .....
