As a significant manager within our team, you will:Review defects and deficiencies in assigned schemes with a keen eye for detail.Project manage schemes from initial design scope through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Guide projects through the RIBA design stages, aligning with the Gateways outlined in the Building Safety Act 2022.Create and maintain a ‘golden thread’ of documentation throughout each scheme, even if it’s not currently classified as an HRB.Key Responsibilities
Deliver capital works programmes to address defects in the housing stock managed by our organisation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.Implement effective risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and cost parameters.What We’re Looking For
A strong background in building regulations, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.Proven experience in managing complex projects within the public sector or related fields.An excellent understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and its implications on project management.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Why Join Us?
