What you ll be doing Performing IPC-level inspections of electronic assemblies Running tests and recording results across hardware, software, and firmware Using a wide range of test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, function generators, etc.) Fault finding and repair down to component level Providing feedback and documenting discrepancies Keeping detailed records and ensuring compliance with company standards Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised assembly/test area Working closely with engineering teams to meet deadlines on key projects What you ll bring 3+ years experience in a manufacturing/test environment Background in defence projects (preferred) IPC inspection certification BTEC in Electronics (ONC/HNC/HND) or equivalent Skilled in fault finding and repair (analogue + digital) Familiar with electronic/mechanical drawings and test specs Strong communicator, highly organised and self-motivated Hands-on with tools and ..... full job details .....
