• QTS or PGCE with recent experience in a UK primary setting

• A calm, consistent, and nurturing presence in the classroom

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and adaptive teaching methods

• Confidence in managing behaviour with empathy and clear boundaries

• A proactive, team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom

• Commitment to inclusive teaching that supports all learners—academically and emotionally

• Full Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• 2x references from educational settings

• Previous experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is beneficial
