Business Development Manager About the Role Established growing company based in Port Talbot are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive market growth, increase brand awareness, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industry sectors and regions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth through a consultative and strategic approach.
