Personal Injury Legal Secretary
A highly respected Surrey-based law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Secretary to join their Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity to support busy fee earners within a friendly, professional, and well-established firm.The RoleYou will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. The role requires strong organisation, confidence when dealing with clients, and the ability to take initiative while managing a varied workload.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding full secretarial support, including audio typing, to produce documents such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and bills in a timely manner.Diary management and general administrative support to fee earners.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files (both electronic and paper).Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues and third parties by phone and in person.Ensuring a consistently high level of client care and attention to detail.Desired SkillsHave previous legal secretarial experience ideally within PI / Clinical Negligence.At least 2 years experience.IT literate and experience audio typing.Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience using case management systems.What they offerMonday Friday 9am 5pm and office based.Salary depending on experience - £25,000 - £31,000.25 Days holiday and an extra day of for your birthday.Private health scheme. ..... full job details .....
