• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.

• You should possess strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of employment law, while staying current with legal developments, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements

• You will be responsible for advising on a wide range of employment matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to a diverse client base and handle employment tribunal and High Court litigation when required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your own caseload independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.

• Candidates with strong professional networks, valuable industry contacts, and an established client following are highly desirable.
