This role has arisen due to a team restructuring and a new business win launching in October.Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the finance department with operational activities, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You''ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, while ensuring compliance with corporate and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently complete weekly and month-end management accounts, including variance analysisReconcile accounts to the ERP system (Oracle Cloud) on a weekly/monthly basis (experience of system not essential as recent upgrade) Prepare and post accruals and prepaymentsReport KPI and statistical data to internal stakeholders and external customersReconcile Balance Sheet control accounts and post monthly charges to the PandLInvestigate and resolve Accounts Payable/Receivable queries, including parked and blocked invoicesSupport the Finance Manager and Senior ..... full job details .....
