This full-time role involves managing and expanding existing customer accounts within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and developing relationships to maximise customer success, identifying new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and leveraging data analytics to anticipate client needs.
