You will be commercially leading a circa £40m Industrial and Logistics project in Bedfordshire, along with other exciting projects across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Cambridgeshire. This is a key role where you will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters for the projects allocated to you, with the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of surveyors and assistant surveyors to ensure the successful delivery of each project. About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on the commercial aspects of a circa £40m Industrial and Logistics project in Bedfordshire. Overseeing all commercial and contractual matters on the projects assigned to you. Managing surveyors and assistant surveyors to ensure successful project delivery. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Preparing valuations, managing costs, and overseeing payment processes.
