SEN Teaching/Learning Support Assistants Required in Windlesham, Surrey Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching/Learning Support Assistants to join a Special Needs School in the Windlesham, Surrey area, the school caters for young people aged 7 - 16 with an Autism Spectrum Condition and associated learning needs. Due to the location, this role will ideally suit someone with their own transport Daily Rate: 100Location: Windlesham, SurreyContract Type: 5 days a week (Full-Time)Start Date: ImmediateDuration: Long Term The successful applicants will have:Previous experience working with Autism, Speech Language and Communication difficulties.Previous experience managing challenging behaviour.Ideally experience working with children and/or young people.Valid and enhanced child or child and adult DBS check. The role will consist of:Offering support to the class teacher.Provide support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans.Building good student - teacher rapport.
