Working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday across 12-hour shifts, you will play a key role in producing high-quality transmission components for motorsport, aerospace, and high-performance engineering sectors.You''ll work within a small team that values precision, collaboration, and a right-first-time mentality. Full support will be provided through EdgeCam and Delcam offline programming as well as guidance from an experienced team leader.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture precision components from technical drawings and route cards.Operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis (3+2) CNC machines to tight tolerances.Read and interpret Fanuc machine code, performing basic on-machine programming.Edit CNC programs and adjust speeds/feeds to optimise machining performance.Use measurement tools to inspect components and ensure specification compliance.Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.Support wider manufacturing activities when required.Work overtime and operate multiple machines ..... full job details .....
