Can you turn a complex quality issue into a clear, actionable Work Instruction? We re looking for an experienced Quality Technician to join our onsite team at a leading automotive OEM in Oxford. If you''re confident in quality containment, skilled in problem resolution, and know how to document solutions that others can follow, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. The opportunity: In this fast-paced production environment, you ll work closely with the Lead Quality Technician to support and resolve quality concerns on the shopfloor. Whether the issue involves components, materials, or processes, you ll take the lead in helping identify problems, implement containment, and develop corrective actions to keep production moving smoothly. Just as important, you ll be responsible for writing detailed Work Instructions, developing containment methods, conducting FMEA risk assessments, and helping to set up new processes that prevent issues from recurring. Working hours rotate every fortnight: Day Shift - 06:15am 16:30pm Twilight Shift - 16:00pm 02:15am Monday Thursday However flexibility is required for supporting on a Friday when on Days in peak periods.
