Contracts Manager

Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways. We are looking for a Contract Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on one of our projects in Central. The purpose of the role is to ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service delivery
Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met
Responsible for managing the company’s HandS and environmental performance on site
Responsible for managing the site PandL account to agreed margins
Recruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service delivery
Responsible for the development of all staff under their control, which will include annual appraisals
Management of client relationship on a daily basis
Management of all reports required by either client or Skanska Building Services management team
Represent SFS at all client meetings
Review and develop new operational strategies to ensure continued improvement to service delivery
Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue
Become AP for your site or sites if required
What you’ll bring to the role
Experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract
Experience in business development
Management qualification
Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
