They are seeking an exceptional Soft FM Services Director to lead and develop their high-performing cleaning, security, and support services teams across multiple sites. Financial Leadership: Own the PandL and financial performance of the Soft FM Services division; contribute to bids, margin analysis, and client profitability.Operational Excellence: Ensure services meet SLAs through robust quality control systems, site inspections, and performance reporting.People Leadership: Inspire and lead teams across multiple sites, set clear objectives, and promote high performance.Health and Safety Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture through assessments, audits, and training.Client Engagement: Act as the senior point of contact for clients, delivering reports, managing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to promote a one-team approach to service delivery.What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership in managing front-line services across diverse sites. (300 FTE+)Strong commercial acumen with full PandL accountability.
