You''ll spend your morning providing expert, trusted advice on a variety of salad crops, such as salad onions, to the team around you. What you''ll be doing: You''ll see yourself joining a well-established and respected fresh produce company, supplying products to supermarkets. Due to an internal promotion, they''re looking for someone who can bring their expertise to a diverse crop production business. As an agronomist here, you''ll be involved at all stages of production from seed to harvest, across various UK sites. You''ll be field walking and delivering crop protection recommendations across their 1,200 hectare operation, coordinating chemical orders, maintaining precise records via farm management software and developing fertiliser recommendations through SOYL and Omnia.
