Interim Representation and Appeals Officer - Parking
London based
Hourly rate via umbrella company (inside IR35)
Hybrid - some office presence required

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a local authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Representation and Appeals Officer to support the parking services team. This role has arisen due to increased caseloads and the need for additional experienced resource within the department.

Responsibilities of the role:
* Assess and respond to statutory parking representations and appeals within set deadlines
* Review evidence and prepare detailed case files for adjudication hearings
* Ensure compliance with all relevant parking legislation, policies, and procedures
* Provide professional and clear communication with customers and stakeholders

To be successful in the role you will have:
* Previous experience working within a council parking team
* Strong knowledge of parking legislation and statutory processes
* Experience managing representations and preparing appeal cases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Next steps
This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offers an hourly rate via umbrella company (inside IR35). You will be required to attend the office on a hybrid basis.
