Management Accountant Our client is a leading UK fresh produce grower, operating multiple large scale, high tech greenhouse sites across the South and East of England. The business supplies major UK retailers year round with British grown tomatoes and cucumbers, produced using advanced glasshouse technology. They are now looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team. Based in Norwich, the finance function plays a critical role in supporting the wider operation, working closely with both site-based teams and senior leadership. The Role This is a hands-on Management Accountant position within a fresh produce business, offering the opportunity to support the finance function on a day-to-day basis. You will be supporting the business with accurate reporting, insight, and strong financial control. This role will suit someone self-motivated, and confident in managing priorities independently. While the position covers core management accounting responsibilities, it also involves supporting transactional finance activities and working closely with operational teams. There is genuine scope for the role to develop further, depending on your capability and appetite for responsibility.
