Field Sales Consultant

- Glasgow and Motherwell region
- Basic Salary £18,000
- Minimum guaranteed earnings of £26,160 per year
- Uncapped Commission + Company Car, Tablet and Mobile Phone
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Consultant to join a growing business in the Glasgow and Motherwell area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working in a fast-paced field-based role.

The Field Sales Consultant Role:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Managing your own territory and sales pipeline
- Meeting sales targets and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
- Representing the business professionally and promoting the full product range
- Selling a wide range of wood and related products to businesses such as: Joinery and Carpentry, Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom (KBB), Shopfitting and Exhibition Companies and Builders and Contractors

About You:

- Previous sales experience, ideally field-based (any sector considered)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in generating new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence required
