Construction Customer Care Co-ordinator
Customer Care Coordinator required to join a growing and established new build, new homes, with a large percentage of social housing organisation. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Yearly salary is between 31,000 - 34,000.Duties:Breakdown issues reported into specific defectsProduce relevant remedial work instructionsKeep purchasers regularly updated regarding the progress of individual issuesDeal with all administrative functions as directed by other team membersLiaising with clients on a daily basis booking in technicians and subcontractors in what is a heavily telephone orientated position this person must be able to work under pressureBenefits: 31,000 - 34,000 per annumParking25 days holiday plus bank holidaysLife InsuranceDeath in servicePensionExperience required:Previous new build, new homes customer care, housing, social housing experienceAbility to multi-task and remain calm under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood eye for detailExcellent empathy and professionalism but also able to be assertivePlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
