This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in supporting transport compliance, fleet administration, and operational reporting within a fast-paced logistics environment.The successful candidate will help ensure transport operations remain safe, efficient, and compliant through accurate record keeping, monitoring, reporting, and effective communication with drivers, managers, and external service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date transport compliance records and documentation.Process, monitor and track vehicle defect reports, ensuring issues are recorded and escalated where required.Support the preparation and distribution of compliance reports and performance data.Monitor driver licence records and associated compliance documentation.Assist with driver hours and Working Time Directive administration.Liaise with drivers, vehicle maintenance providers, and operational teams to obtain and verify information.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and evidence.Monitor fleet compliance records, including servicing, inspections, and ..... full job details .....
