This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer, tutor or employability professional who is passionate about supporting young people to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge required to progress towards sustainable employment. You will deliver engaging employability workshops alongside tailored one-to-one support, helping learners develop practical job-search skills, digital confidence and the tools they need to successfully navigate the workplace. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, non-accredited employability and digital skills training to groups of learners aged . Provide basic IT and digital support, including setting up email accounts, navigating online platforms, uploading documents and completing online applications.
