The Role The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead on delivering daily, tangible results. This is a proactive marketing role that directly impacts lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business performance You will be responsible for building and managing marketing campaigns, optimising customer journeys, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales functions. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead Generation and Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimise daily outbound campaigns (email, SMS, retargeting). Develop marketing sequences and automations to nurture and convert leads. Identify opportunities to generate inbound leads across organic and paid channels.
