The business delivers a wide range of building and infrastructure projects across sectors including health, education and secure environments, providing support from early project stages through to completion.The purpose of the Design Coordinator to support the delivery of coordinated, compliant design on live construction projects. Working closely with the Design Manager, you''ll help manage the consultant and subcontractor design process from detailed design through procurement and construction, ensuring information is fully coordinated, compliant with regulations, and issued in line with agreed programmes to enable timely starts on site. This role suits someone with strong technical coordination experience who enjoys being at the centre of design, commercial and site teams.
