Contract: Full time, long term andndash; starting ASAP

Salary: andpound;95 - andpound;105 per day

andnbsp;Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring equal access to learning
• Assist with classroom activities, reinforcing learning objectives and encouraging student engagement
• Support students emotionally, socially, and academically within a secondary setting
• Work closely with teaching staff to adapt lesson materials and classroom strategies
• Help track and report student progress in collaboration with SENCO and wider staff

Qualifications andamp; Experience

• Experience working in a school environment (secondary preferred)
• A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN
• Good communication, resilience, and a dash of creativity
• A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3 Support Teaching and Learning) is desirable but not essential
• A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine interest in young peopleandrsquo;s development
