The laundry is the beating heart of Bamford Collection. Every single part of our business, from our kitchens through to our spa and our holiday cottages, produces laundry in some form. Its important for us that every single guest gets the same high standard when they come through our doors, whether thats sitting down at a table with a freshly pressed napkin or visiting our spa with a lovely clean bath towel and robe.We are looking for Team Leader to join us and help manage the teams and lead by example in this departmentSalary: £13.90 per hourHours: Full Time 36 HoursHOURS: We are open 7 days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital. Shifts are 6am

2.30pm, or 1.30pm-10pm on a rota basis.RESPONSIBILITIESBe flexible and proactive in assisting your team member colleagues.Be able to work well within a team and be able to work alone.Deliver excellent customer service at all timesEnsure timely turnaround of laundryProcessing laundry from departments across Bamford CollectionComply with the laundry operational standardsBring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.SKILLS YOU WILL BRINGTeam Leadership and Supervision: Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team to meet daily laundry targets and maintain high standards.Organisational Skills: Strong planning and coordination skills to manage workflow, prioritise tasks, and ensure efficient turnaround times.Attention to Detail: Ensure garments and linens are cleaned, pressed, and finished to quality standards, identifying any damage or inconsistencies.Knowledge of Laundry Equipment and Processes: Confident in operating and troubleshooting industrial washers, dryers, and ironing systems while following health and safety protocols.BenefitsDiscounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day 1.
