Sales Administrator Main Purpose and Scope of Role: The Sales Administrator is a newly created role at the heart of our client''s order-to-delivery process, providing the administrative backbone that allows the Account Management team to focus on customer relationships and account growth. Working within the Commercial team, the Sales Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all customer orders, the maintenance of order data across internal systems (including the company''s order-loading system and Salesforce CRM), and the coordination of information between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure commitments are consistently met.
