This role involves working in a small team to deliver high quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport / aerospace industries, with a right first-time philosophy. Perform Wire EDM/Spark erosion operations using a Swiss built EDM Charmilles and Charmilles form 200 Sparker.Key Competencies and ExperienceAbility to interpret and work from technical drawings and planning route cards, ensuring components are produced to the highest quality within designated timeframesProactive, innovative, and team-oriented approach with a strong focus on problem solving and continuous improvementProven hands-on experience with Wire EDM/Spark Erosion processesCompetency in offline programming using RoboCam or similar software (training can be provided for suitable candidates)Skilled in operating Numerically Controlled Electro Discharge Machines (Wire EDM) ..... full job details .....
