Our client has been established for over 40 years and boasts a headcount of over 200 construction professionals offering a variety of services (building surveying, project management, cost management, architecture and HandS/ CDM) to their client base across the built environment. The business has a thriving CDM/ HandS department which now requires a driven and ambitious CDM advisor to join the team and help oversee a portfolio of residential (public sector), education, healthcare, commercial, regeneration and local authority projects across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDM/PD Advisor with around 2 years experience to join a well respected consultancy and shadow and learn off some of the best in the business, with a clear path of progression being offered simultaniously. The role would suit a NEBOSH and iOSH qualified individual with a good amount of exposure but still looking to learn and progress through a true leader in the CDM/PD consultancy space.
