We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in London. This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible working opportunities while gaining experience in diverse educational settings.

Supply Teachers play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff, ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported in line with the National Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
• Mark work and provide feedback where required
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with school staff and leadership teams

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous teaching experience in UK schools (preferred)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work in different school environments
• Good understanding of the UK National Curriculum
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
