This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start, ideal for a hands-on finance professional with direct property experience who can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities Manage daily credit control, collecting outstanding rents, service charges, and sales ledger balances. Process accounts payable invoices, assist with payment runs, and perform regular supplier reconciliations. Resolve tenant and client billing queries promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers, allocating incoming receipts daily. Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks and month-end preparation. Candidate Requirements Essential: Immediate availability to start a temporary-to-permanent role. Essential: Direct experience within the property, real estate, or housing sector. Desirable: Prior working knowledge or experience with Reapit software is a distinct advantage. Strong credit control and all-around transactional finance experience.
