to join our internal team based in Warrington. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll focus on attracting top talent, delivering a standout candidate experience, and ensuring every placement contributes to our clients'' success. If you’re a natural problem solver who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of your work and enjoys being part of a high-performing team – we’d love to hear from you.What’s on offer:£28,000–£30,000 per annumMonday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (you’ll get 2 weekdays off that week)29 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)Free on-site parkingCycle to Work SchemeRegular incentives and team rewardsLong-term progression opportunitiesWhat you’ll be doing:Source, attract and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment channelsEnsure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations, client requirements and industry standardsMeet and exceed your placement targets while actively supporting the wider teamGuide candidates through their journey – from first contact to induction and beyondBuild strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sitesWork closely with our referencing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experienceLead on onboarding processes – from booking assessments and e-learning, to supporting day-one check-insMaintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to dateCommunicate regularly with placed candidates to support retentionWhat we’re looking for:Someone who’s proactive and confident solving problems before they escalateA team player who supports colleagues and contributes to shared successSomeone who takes real ownership of their work and delivers on their commitmentsCommercial awareness – you understand how great recruitment drives client performanceExcellent communication and organisational skillsSomeone who’s happy working independently and using their own initiativePrevious recruitment or resourcing experience is preferredOur values:
