Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end supplier payments processEnsure all supplier invoices are raised and issued accurately and on timeWork closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queriesSupport VAT control processes across the departmentProduce monthly balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end processCollaborate with the offshore finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and reportingSupport system migration testing, identifying issues and contributing to smooth implementationProcess improvement About You: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and professional approachComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentConfident managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managementOpen to change, improvement, and process developmentA strong team player with a flexible mindset Skills and Experience: Must have experience in monthly balance sheet recs and month end processesStrong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data accuratelyGood numerical ..... full job details .....
