Business Analyst in Westmorland!

1. Produce a ''Service Catalogue'' I,e, meet with the relevant teams and then document using our standard template the tasks undertaken in detail. This should take 2 days per area and then 1 day for them to ''tidy up'' so 15 days2
2. Document the ''as-is'' customer front door = 2 days in total
3. Review the Job Descriptions with Business Analysis = 3 days in total
4. Document any systems/SLAs = 2 days
5. Collect any baselining data = 10 days. BA to advise on what data is needed to be collected and then arrange the collection of data.

Then based on the results of the above tasks:

1. Analyse and make recommendations - 5 days
2. Hold workshops to explore different operating models with stakeholders - 6 days

TOTAL: 43 days- but this will probably we 2 to 3 days a week rather than 5 full days a week

It is essential that you have worked in other local authorities in a business analyst capacity, preferably reviewing administration style processes.
