Act as the first point of escalation for complex or technical trade queries - providing guidance and solutions to operatives. Work closely with other Team Leaders and Planners to allocate jobs efficiently, making sure the right skills are matched to the right work. Ensure robust quality control of repairs, carrying out regular site visits and inspections to check workmanship standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety requirements.
