A long-established and reputable law firm in the Reading area is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a friendly, well-structured and growing department. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Remortgages • Transfers of equity • New-build transactions • Help to Buy and shared ownership • Title checks and reporting • Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties You will benefit from strong administrative support, modern case-management systems, and an established pipeline of steady, high-quality work.
