Job Description Operational Support Lead and support the Laser and Press teams with technical expertise and high-level skill set.Respond immediately to machine breakdowns and stoppages.Carry out predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance on laser machines and presses.Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure optimal performance.Keep the Production Supervisor informed of progress and issues. Process and Quality Ensure quality gateways are completed to the highest standard.Support weekly power-off plans, including achievement and recovery strategies.Drive improvements in standard times and reduce process waste.Support root cause investigations for internal and external customer complaints.
