Job Title: Electrician''s Mate Hotel Refurbishment Location: Bristol Contract Type: Temporary / Contract Start Date: Monday, 20th July Duration: 9 months The Role We are currently sourcing an experienced Electrician''s Mate to assist our team of JIB Electricians on a major, long-term hotel refurbishment project in central Bristol. Working primarily within the hotel rooms, you will be supporting the electricians in completing high-quality 1st and 2nd fix installations to a tight schedule. This is a fast-paced commercial environment that requires a proactive, reliable worker who is used to assisting on large-scale hospitality or residential refurbishments. Key Responsibilities Assisting electricians with 1st and 2nd fix installations in hotel bedrooms and en-suites. Pulling cables and assisting with the installation of lighting, power, and data points. Helping with basic containment work (trunking, tray, and conduit). Fetching and organizing materials, tools, and equipment. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Adhering strictly to site health and safety protocols. Requirements Valid ECS Card (Essential). Proven previous experience working as an Electrician''s Mate on commercial or high-end residential sites. Basic hand tools and standard full PPE.
