Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final delivery. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success, ensuring strong financial control and adding value across a range of high-profile schemes.
