Working closely with the Finance and Property teams, you will support the management of property-related income and financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records and excellent service delivery to tenants. Key Responsibilities: Maintain tenancy and charging information within the property management system Raise and issue rent demands, ensuring accurate posting of transactions to financial ledgers Manage credit control activities, following up on outstanding debts via phone, email and written correspondence Maintain and reconcile tenant debtor accounts and rental ledgers Process expenditure postings to service charge accounts and support monthly reconciliations Prepare and post tenancy-related journals, including rent adjustments and recharges Review void properties and tenant recharges, ensuring accurate accounting records Assist with month-end reporting and financial administration activities Work collaboratively with colleagues across Finance and Property teams Support the delivery of accurate financial procedures, controls and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience within a rental ..... full job details .....
