Support Line Officer Location: SIA House, Milton Keynes, MK6 2HH We offer hybrid working with the expectation of three days per week in the office Salary: £30,000 per annum Contract: 12-month fixed term Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday Friday The Support Line Officer will support the delivery of the organisation s Support Line service, responding to enquiries from service users, organisations and health care professionals across a range of topics related to spinal cord injury, and contributing to the provision of written information, including factsheets and articles for SIA s bi-monthly magazine and website. They will signpost to, and work closely with, other relevant services within the organisation and external partners. Some key duties will include: Responding to all enquiries to the Support Line service in a prompt and efficient manner, and within the remit of its policies, procedures and practices.
