This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and well-organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting staff and pupils by ensuring all reprographics and printing services run smoothly on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment Preparing, collating, and distributing high-quality teaching resources, exam papers, and documents Monitoring stock levels of paper, toner, and other materials, and arranging re-orders where necessary Prioritising and managing multiple reprographics requests to meet tight deadlines Liaising with teaching and administrative staff to ensure resources are delivered efficiently and accurately Assisting with general administrative tasks as required The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a reprographics, printing, or administrative support role (school experience desirable but not essential) Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality ..... full job details .....
